Middle of the road pre-workout The flavor of this product (malicious melon) is one of the worst i have tasted in the pre-workout drinks. That being said we don't drink these products for taste, we drink for results. To that end, this one is just ok. There isn't any amazing energy rush, no super pump after the workout and as an older lifter, I haven't noticed any improved recovery. There is a slight flushed feeling (like when you take too much niacin), but not much more than that. The product itself does have the pre-requisite nutrients and may be worth a shot (what works for me may not work for you), but i would definitely go with a different flavor. February 3, 2013

Hemo-Rage Black Ultra Concentrate may be stronger than any pre-workout product you have every tried. It may be way too intense for some individuals. For those who dare and seek an experience unlike anything else we advise to proceed with extreme caution. Use only one serving (1 scoop) in a 24 hour period. Mix 1 scoop into 4-5 oz of cold water 30-45 minutes prior to working out. Do not take more than 1 scoop under any circumstances.
