Can't live without it.
Are you kidding? I can't belive the previous review stating that it didn't help. It doesn't help with pain but rather energy. I feel a huge difference when I take it in terms of endurance and energy. I do however take other supplements but I do feel that this is the one thing that has made a huge impact on my energy levels.
