"Vitamin C and Magnesium are without a doubt the two most needed nutrients to supplement. Humans DO NOT produce Vitamin C, unlike other non primate mamals (your dog produces an equivellant of 5,000 to 20,000 mgs of C). Magnesium is scarce in our diet (found mostly in green vegtables).

Excellent price and well tolerated in the gastro inestinals."

"magnesium ascorbate is a buffered form of Vitamin C, which is well absorbed, and does not cause acidic irritation of stomach as does Ascorbic acid. In addition if you take it several times a day, you get extra bonus in the form of magnesium which is an important mineral."
