Doesn't seem to work for me I bought this because I didn't want the parabens and additives that most other progesterone cream's contain. However, it doesn't measure up in effectiveness. Maybe it works for others but not all? Each body is a bit different. March 19, 2013

Nutritional Concepts Pure-Gest™ Feminine Progesterone Cream Directions

Massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cream twice daily, directly into skin. Repeat application for 21 days. Discontinue use for 7 days before repeating cycle or use as directed by a health care professional.

Ingredients: Aloe vera gel in purified water, glycerin, octyl palmitate, cetyl alcohol, natural vitamin E and mixed tocopherols, almond oil, carbamide, methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM), panthenol, PEG-8 stearate, progesterone USP, polysorbate 65, caprylyl glycine (a lipid and amino acid derivative), hyaluronic acid (HA), grapefruit seed extract, sodium hydroxymethylglycinate (an amino acid derivative), and carbomer 940.
