Love it! Nama Shoyu is a far superior soy sauce being that it's made with organic soy beans, not genetically modified beans. The taste is brighter and not as salty. And you can feel good that you're getting a product that isn't tainted with substances that are not good for you. Organic all the way. November 20, 2011
