Convenient and Nutritious! This product was a Godsend! My doctor recommended it to me because I have a problem absorbing anything in pill form. Do not buy..... I tried this product about a month ago and have seen no results what so ever. It seems like it was total waste of money. Also, it tastes like pond water. If you can stand the taste, try it for yourself to see if it works for you, if not, don't get it again. August 1, 2009
