False Advertising- not really 400mg
I bought this product because it is listed as being 400mg strong and I thought I could cut down on the number of pills I take, BUT- it is 200mg per pill which is the same as other brands here that are listed accurately as 200mg pills. Otherwise, product itself was potent.

L-Theanine
So far half a bottle through and no noticeable affects. My doctor suggested it and swears by it so I will continue. This is not to say it is not working, just that I have had no wow factor yet.

worst purchase
this theanine was almost totally ineffective, I normally use Solaray but this brand was less expensive. I use this to promote sleep, this brand did almost nothing for me.

Relax!
I started using this product to help me relax and Olympian Labs product seems to be a good quality at the lowest price I've found.
