good way to control magnesium amounts in your day I like this product because it seem to be well made and clean. The dosage of 400mg is too high for me, and since each caplet has roughly 125mgs of magnesium I can take two rather than have to take the full dosage and I like that. It's reasonably priced and I feel better with the supplement in my diet. I like being able to vary my amount according to my needs rather than just have to take a large dosage in one capsule. not what expected the add states that this is 400mg. It is misleading if not completely false. It takes 3 pills to equal 400mg. I found that it has many fillers and does not perform as well as other similar products. I was very dissatisfied. November 28, 2011
