good vegetarian tablets
Theses are sublingual, which literally means "under the tongue". You put them under your tongue and they disolve slowly on their own. You do not chew them, like another reviewer complained about.

The tablets are too hard and have to be chewed.

Olympian Labs Mighty Methyl B-12 Description
- Sublingual Vegetarian Formula
- Highest Assimiliation
The Coenzyme form of Vitamin B-12 is known as methylcobalamin or Methyl B-12. This form of Vitamin B-12 directly participates in homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B-12 assists in converting homocysteine to Methionine which increases the supply of SAMe (S-adenosyl -L-methionine). Methylcobalamin is metabolically active and easily absorbed by the body. This is the most highly reduced form of Vitamin B-12, making Methylcobalamin a very potenet antioxidant. Our sublingual form yields the highest assimilation possible.
