Once Again Organic Sugar and Salt Free Sunflower Seed Butter -- 16 oz
Not as tasty as it could be
I like that this sunflower butter is sugar free. I like that it comes in a glass jar instead of plastic. The consistency is a little on the dry side and the flavor is flat. I did add sea salt but it did not improve the taste.
If it were not for the fact that it comes with no sugar added - a rarity for almost anything nowadays - I would have given it 2 stars. The taste was just no there.

Five star product
Really deserves five stars due to organic, no salt or sugar. Used recently to make a grain-free cake I found online (search Accidental Chocolate Cake.) Good texture and the dark roast makes it flavorful. Mix in rotation with other nut/seed butters for variety. Worth a try!

Cost effective nutriton
Love this Sunflower Butter with no sugar & salt. Made the mistake of buying this brand with sugar & salt and did not like the taste. Love Almond Butter too but since I only eat Organic this is so much more reasonable and still a great taste.
I mix it with plain yogurt and have a healthy snack instead of sugared yogurt.
Great on Blue Corn chips too. Always on my shelf.

Finally a low priced ORGANIC sugar free nut butter
I used to get all kinds of nut butter....almond, macadamia, pecan, cashew, and peanut butter. And all organic for a decent price. Within the last couple of years, however, the prices have skyrocketed. Wether it was the economy or "nut shortages" Or WHATEVER, I wasn't happy. Nut butters were a staple of my and my kids' diets. We struggled to afford it for a while, then caved to the chemicals. IT WAS AN AWFUL FEELING. Then I found Vitacost and this wonderful nut butter that is ORGANIC, sugar free, and doesn't cost a mortgage payment to afford. I'm so glad they are around to sell these things to all of us, I am so thankful to be healthy again!!!!

I wanted to find an alternative to peanut butter, so I gave this a try, and I love it. It has a very rich and smooth texture, and I like to eat it with banana bread. This has become a staple in my house.
