Excellent flavor & good texture This is the best healthy/organic sunflower I have tried-& we eat a lot of it. It is not too sweet or too salty. It is easy to stir up & has a good texture-not too stiff or runny. And, it is consistently good unlike others that are good only sometimes. March 14, 2013

good, better, best I love this sunflower seed butter. It's better tasting than peanut or almond butter - and the health benefits are better than both too. What's not to love. I bought this particular brand for 2 reasons. I choose organic seeds because pesticide and artificial fertilizer chemicals get concentrated in oils and fats, so choosing organic is important in these nut and seed butters. The other reason for choosing this brand is the glass jar. I don't want the phthalates and other junk in the plastic leaching into my food. September 13, 2012

Happy with it I actually add it to my homemade hummus instead of tahini. Gives a nice twist to the recipe. Tasty and good for you. All you need one tbl spoon. July 20, 2012

Once Again Sunflower Seed Butter is made by roasting organically grown sunflower seeds. The Seeds are milled smooth with organic sunflower oil and salt, and lightly sweetened to create a delicious sunflower seed butter. We package in glass jars to preserve the flavor profile and maximize the shelf-life of our products, and glass is conducive to recycling.

Our raccoon logo: Four baby raccoons grew up on the factory grounds. Apparently orphaned, they really enjoyed our nut butters. So...in turn, we adopted them and created our company logo in their honor.

The Once Again Family helped the raccoons in their early months, and then released them into the forest. To this day, our by-products are donated to area farms or to nature lovers who use them as animal and bird foods. Our mascot, Rocky, has become a symbol of our wholesome nature, our closeness and responsibility to the earth and the nature of our product.
