In a saucepan over low heat, combine milk and cocoa and stir until mixed through.
Add butter, stevia, vanilla and salt. Bring mixture to a boil; then reduce heat and cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove pan from heat. Pour in crushed cereal. Using a wooden spoon, stir the cereal until completely coated in fudgy syrup. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
Divide the cooled candy in half and form into 8-inch tubes. Roll each tube in chopped walnuts.
Wrap tubes in waxed paper and chill overnight.
Cut into ¼-inch slices and eat up!
