GOOD ALL NATURAL PRODUCT !!!!!! CAN OPEN THE CAPSULE AND PUT IN A SMOOTHIE. I WAS ADVISED TO START ON 25 MG. A DAY, BUT THAT WAS TOO MUCH FOR ME. WILL HAVE TO CUT DOWN THE AMOUNT. ALSO, RECOMMENDED TO HAVE BLOOD TEST TAKEN EVERY 3 MONTHS TO MONITOR HOW MUCH DHEA IS IN YOUR SYSTEM. OTHERWISE, THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. June 30, 2012
