There are other options Great price but poor value due to the fact it caused gas. With that put aside they were effective but I much prefer the Chitosan capsules, more money but NO BLOATING, to put it kindly. July 8, 2010

Good Product This item is great, however to really see results, you MUST use it for at least 45 days straight and take it 3 times a day as directed. It really works! You need paciance, but once you start getting conpliments, you will start realizing that it works! Of course, if you eat healthy and excercise it will work a lot faster.
