tastes good I've tried 3 different brands of cactus juice: Only Natural Nopal Cactus Juice, Dynamic Health Organic Certified Nopal Gold and Aztec Nopal Extract by Nopal EastWest. Only Natural (this one) is the best tasting (not saying it's delicious) but I didn't feel any different and don't know if it is helping. Dynamic Health is 2nd, would recommend. Aztec Nopal is by far the most expensive and worst tasting but it is my favorite. My body seemed to respond the most. It is concentrated and fermented. Don't know if it is really doing anything or not, but felt better. It is so expensive I am only trying two bottles. Maybe it is helping. I "shoot" it and then chase with water or juice. I got used to the taste but taste isn't my main criteria. I can tolerate bad taste for good health. October 24, 2012
