helps my short term memory I have been taking one of these per day for a couple months definitely have seen an improvement in my short term memory. I had gotten to the point that I could *never* remember whether I had given the dog her medicine -- creating a serious problem. Now I am able to remember whether I've given the medicine to her nearly every day. I have just noticed for the first time that the directions indicate that I should be taking two pills per day (which seems odd since there are thirty pills in the bottle and the serving size is one pill). Maybe taking two will produce more results. March 3, 2013
