Directions

SHAKER: Bringing a shaker cup with you to the gym is the best way to get a powerful dose of protein immediately after your workout.  Just add 2 rounded scoops of 2:1:1 Recovery to your shaker cup and then pour in 12-16 ounces of your preferred beverage.  Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds (if you're making a 1 rounded scoop serving, just cut the amount of water, milk, or juice in half).

BLENDER:  Add 2 rounded scoops of 2:1:1 Recovery™ to a blender filled with 12-18 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Then add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for an additional 30 seconds, reduce the liquid and ice by half if you are only using one rounded scoop of 2:1:1 Recovery powder.

SPOON STIRRED: If you forgot your shaker cup or don't have the time to get out the blender, you can add 1 rounded scoop of 2:1:1 Recovery in a glass filled with cold water, milk or your favorite beverage. If you're preparing a 2 rounded scoop serving add 12-16 oz of liquid, for a 1 rounded scoop serving use 6-8 oz. Then mix it up with a spoon. Stir for about 20 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.

SUGGESTED USE: Based upon your body weight, activity levels, and performance goals, consume one or more scoops of 2:1:1 Recovery immediately after workouts.

TIP: Consume a high-protein, high-carbohydrate whole food meal or second serving of 2:1:1 Recovery 2-3 hours after your post-workout recovery shake to maximize stored energy levels for your next workout.

Wow, Optimum Nutrition 2:1:1 Recovery (Mucho Mango) is the best tasting recovery, pre-work out and post-work out supplement I have tasted. It does what it says. After an incredible work out, it revived me and helped me to continue working and 2 to 3 hours of yard work. I really was impressed waking up the next day after an intense workout, I wasn't incredibly sore. And for those who are 50 and older you understand what I mean... Now, to treat yourself, I also mixed this with other supplements such as: BSN Syntha-6 Protien Power (Strawberry Milk Shake), Six Star Professional Strength Creatine X3 Fruit Punch, I added 1/2 of a banana, around 4 to 5 watermelon cut in squares, 4 to 5 ice-cubes, a tablespoon of ice-cream, added 32oz. of water and mixed this up in a blender. Tastes AMAZING! This is by far the best tasting supplement I have ever had. It's not too sweet and doesnt have that nasty artificial taste of many supplements. The shake goes down very smooth. I have been using 2:1:1 recovery for a few months now and I have definitely noticed improvements over using a standard protein shake. Great Energy Protein If you do a lot of cardio like I do, a scoop of this great tasting mango protein will rejuvenate you! Also, this is the best tasting protein compared to freak fix, nitro tech, musclemilk and gold standard 100% whey protein. It's has a lot of carbs because it's a recovery so i take it after a run.
