Wow, Optimum Nutrition 2:1:1 Recovery (Mucho Mango) is the best tasting recovery, pre-work out and post-work out supplement I have tasted. It does what it says. After an incredible work out, it revived me and helped me to continue working and 2 to 3 hours of yard work. I really was impressed waking up the next day after an intense workout, I wasn't incredibly sore. And for those who are 50 and older you understand what I mean... Now, to treat yourself, I also mixed this with other supplements such as: BSN Syntha-6 Protien Power (Strawberry Milk Shake), Six Star Professional Strength Creatine X3 Fruit Punch, I added 1/2 of a banana, around 4 to 5 watermelon cut in squares, 4 to 5 ice-cubes, a tablespoon of ice-cream, added 32oz. of water and mixed this up in a blender. The best protein ever
After a few failed attempts at a great tasting protein, I finally found this stuff. It's amazing, taste is awesome and it does what it promises!
I will stick with this product for sure!

This is by far the best tasting supplement I have ever had. It's not too sweet and doesnt have that nasty artificial taste of many supplements. The shake goes down very smooth. I have been using 2:1:1 recovery for a few months now and I have definitely noticed improvements over using a standard protein shake. I highly recommend this for others that have a naturally small/lanky frame as I do.

Great Energy Protein
If you do a lot of cardio like I do, a scoop of this great tasting mango protein will rejuvenate you! Also, this is the best tasting protein compared to freak fix, nitro tech, musclemilk and gold standard 100% whey protein. It's has a lot of carbs because it's a recovery so i take it after a run. I would recommend for endurance athlete like myself.
