It's Good!!! I really wanted to improve the low rating this product initially received. I was very surprised by how well it curbed my appetite. I am a trainer and an athlete. This product is the first I have found that really made me feel full! Several of my clients that have used this product have had similar results. I think it is a great option when you can't get a healthy meal and/or are on the run, particularly after a workout. I love ON products and agree that it is not as tasty as ProComplex, but I'm super picky about something tasting too sweet or too much like chemicals, and I did not think that was so with this product. It blends well (even better with tbsp sunflower butter or berries--maybe helps flavor, too), and I'm a satisfied customer. May 11, 2013

OK A shake made with this is very filling and will keep me full for a few hours. It's low in carbs, high in protein and vitamins. That being said, the flavor is awful and has a prominent chemical tang to it. It doesn't taste anything like Optimum Nutrition's other shakes. I have tried mixing it with other things (fruits, chocolate) and it cannot be overpowered. Very disappointing. I will have to find a different shake. February 22, 2013

Spoon stirred: Complete Protein Diet is instantized. So, if you forgot your shaker cup or don't have time to get out the blender, you can just add 2 scoops of Complete Protein Diet to a large glass filled with 12-14 oz of cold water or nonfat milk. Then mix it up with a spoon until completely dissolved.

Shaker: Plan ahead and bring a shaker cup with you to the gym or office to enjoy a quick on-the-go meal. Simply add 2 scoops of Complete Protein Diet to a shaker filled with 12-14 oz of cold water or skim milk and shake for about 30 seconds.

Blender: For a richer, creamier shake, an electric blender is always best. To prepare, add 2 scoops of Complete Protein Diet to a blender filled with 12-14 oz of cold water or milk and ice cubes. Cover and blend on highest speed for about 45 seconds.

Consume one serving of Complete Protein Diet in place of your daily high-protein, whole food meals. Repeat up to three times daily. For best results, consume your daily calorie and nutrient allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.
