Nutritional support This product starts my day with 23grams of protein. It has a great taste, and mixes with water so I can easily travel with it. FABULOUS!!! TASTES JUST LIKE EGG CUSTARD! This was my first time having egg protein as opposed to whey protein. This was also my first time having any protein powder taste just like the flavor stated on the bottle! I love egg custard anyway, but this stuff is fabulous! It mixes pretty well (but not in almond milk) in regular milk, but I haven't tried it in water or making pudding out of it. I can hardly wait to get this second bottle! You will enjoy this! Good taste, but poor ability to dissolve The product does taste good, which is better than other egg protein powders that I have tried. It isn't the easiest powder to digest in my opinion. The other downside is that it doesn't dissolve entirely when using a shaker, this might not be the case if a blender is used, but that is not ideal if you want protein straight after a workout August 20, 2012

Not Thrilled I usually buy whey isolate protein powder, but someone recommended egg protein so I thought I'd give it a try. The texture was OK and it blended well, but tasted like vanilla flavored scrambled eggs. I was able to choke it down by adding a couple splashes of brown sugar cinnamon flavored sugar-free syrup, but was less than thrilled to say the least. August 19, 2011

Spoon Stirred: Gold Standard 100% Egg is Instantized. That means if you forgot your shaker cup or don’t have time to get out the blender, you can just add one heaping scoop to a glass filled with 6-8 oz of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Then mix it up with a spoon for about 30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.

Shaker: Bringing a shaker cup with you to the gym is the best way to get a powerful dose of protein immediately after your workout. Just add one heaping scoop to your shaker cup and then pour 6-8 oz of your preferred beverage. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds.

Blender: Add one heaping scoop to a blender filled with 6-8 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Blend for 15-20 seconds. Then add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for an additional 20 seconds. By adding a few high-energy ingredients to your shake you can blend up a delicious meal: try adding fresh bananas, peanut butter, flaxseed oil, coconut, slivered almonds, or other ingredients. By adding supplements like Micronized Creatine, Glutamine, Taurine, and/or Instantized BCAA powders, you can make an even more powerful post-workout recovery product.

Suggested Use: Consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day through a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For best results, consume your daily protein allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.
