Best whey product Ever Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold Standard Vanilla Ice Cream is the best Whey product I have used to date. I have used many Whey products; Optimum Nutrition tastes the best. It mixes well in milk or water. I add it to my protein shakes every morning. I order from Vitacost often. I am very satisfied with the product and the service that Vitacost provides. Mixes well but doesn't taste too good All ON products mix well. I was VERY disappointed with the taste of this flavor, it tasted very "medicinal", even when mixed with powdered peanut butter and Splenda. Went back to ON Extreme Milk Chocolate, which is excellent. May 16, 2013

Consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements. For the best results, consume your daily protein allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.

Then mix it up with a spoon, stir for about 20 seconds, or until powder is completely dissolved. TIP: Adjust the intensity of your Gold Standard 100% Whey™ by varying the amount of liquid that you use to prepare it. For a bolder flavor with slightly more body and sweetness, mix each scoop with 4-6 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. For a milder tasting, less sweet shake, use 8-10 oz of liquid per scoop.
