Helps me sleep
It works. Maybe not as strong as synthetic sleeping pills, but it does the job. And if you have to wake up in a couple hours, it doesn't make you feel groggy. The sleepiness wears off in an hour so if you end up pushing through that interval, then you pretty much aren't tired anymore.

Good quality
One of the better melatonin products on the market, I need almost 3 tabs to get to bed but it works and it's inexpensive.

Help Sleep
Best taken when only needed, to help one rest through the night at a time time chosen. Good for resetting sleep pattern.

Helps me sleep
Working night shift I knew I should be taking Melatonin but wasn't for years. I have noticed that this product helps me sleep and I think it is a good idea if you can't keep normal hours because of work.

Works great, great price!
These are the best! Great price, they work all night, what more could you ask for? The pill is a little big, but not unreasonable. I take 3 and sleep all night.
