Excellent product at excellent price Ignore the negative review. Creatine does not, and will not, dissolve in water. It will merely remain suspended in the liquid for a given time, and micronized creatine will remain suspended for a longer time. ON makes a great creatine with no gritty taste whatsoever, and after A LOT of research, I am hard pressed to find a better price than vitacost.com! September 3, 2012

Item not as described I was informed that the micronized creatine will dissolve almost immediately but that claim was false. After stirring for about a minute, it all settled at the bottom. The only way to dissolve it that I can see is to put it in boiling water and this is not convenient. September 26, 2011

Creatine Loading: Take 1 rounded teaspoon of Micronized Creatine Powder with morning, afternoon, and evening meals and 1 additional rounded teaspoon before going to bed for 4-5 days to help saturate your muscles with creatine.
