It actually worked!!! I was on Multi-Guard a few years back. I changed products due to cost. Not a smart move. Nothing else works, and I've tried many. I'm back to what works. October 25, 2010

Over all best Multi I have been taking this multi for years and when I decided to switch brands to see if I noticed a difference, well I did and not for the good. I feel energized and slimmer when taking Oregon Health multiple vitamin more so than any other products I've tried. Although the price seems to go up, I will continue to use it and recommend it to my friends. April 10, 2008
