Don't be afraid!
I was so afraid to order these bars, and thought for sure it would be another "oh well...at least I tried it" and "there goes another $25..." experience but this is not the case! I searched for a very long time for a non-soy-based protein bar and figured I would have to sacrifice taste for sure, but these bars are truly yummy. I'm on my fourth box, and will sign up for the "set & save" feature now that I know how often I eat them. I bought them solely on the reviews I read, so I'm hoping my review will encourage others to try them as well. Honestly, they don't look too appetizing at they appear to be a green "paste" that has been molded into bar form, but the taste is slightly sweet but not like frosting-sugar-bomb-sweet, fig-like, good consistency, no weird aftertaste like some bars have. They are also very satisfying. I can have one for lunch or breakfast and not be hungry for quite a few hours. I think they are awesome and so glad I tried them.

Love This Green Protein Bar
This product is great. First found it at my local health food shop. I'm vegetarian and have been looking for a high protein snack for ages (without soy or whey). This bar tastes great but looks a bit weird. Don't leave it in your bag too long though, the oils get squished out of the bar and makes it hard to eat. Note: high protein but also high fat (good fats?).

Organic Raw Green Snack is DELICIOUS
I doubt many such food bars would ever be called delicious, as I do this one. This bar has been my favorite "healthy bar" since I originally found them at the Whole Food Market in AZ. Now that I'm temporarily stuck far from ANY such store, being able to buy boxes of these for less money from Vitacost keeps me very happy. I prefer to cut each bar into thirds, and eat one section whenever the mood hits me, usually twice a day. I also juice using greens as a base ingredient, so nibbling on these keeps me aligned with my nutritional goals.
