I am not sure that this helps me sleep through the night, but it does help me to fall asleep; it also seems that I wake up in a good mood and feel rested, even if I didn't sleep through the night. I use it as needed, which is not often and I would have given it five stars if I consistently slept through the night when taking it. All in all, I highly respect Organic India's products as they do not contain funky and unnecessary fillers that many supplements do, and I appreciate Ayurvedic medicine.
