Rescue Me™ Weight Loss Elixir: Shake bottle well before each use. Mix 1 capful or 10 pumps of Rescue Me with 25 oz of filtered water in the OL glass bottle. Shake well ad drink throughout the day. Important: Refrigerate after opening.
