Hemp Seeds have been used as a staple food for thousands of years. They are a source of fiber, protein and Omega 3 as well as a host of other nutrients. Add 1-2 tablespoons to smoothies, yogurt, salads and desserts. Make puddings, sauces and dressings. use in soups, oatmeal and all baked goods. Create a nutritious trail mix by combining Hemp Seeds with Organic Traditions Sacha Inchi seeds, Almonds, Goji Berries and Golden Berries. Create a delicious creamy hemp seed milk by combining 2 tablespoons of Hemp Seeds per cup of water in a blender at high speed until smooth. Add a pinch of Organic Traditions Vanilla Powder and a touch of natural sweetener.
