Good moisturizer
This is a good moisturizer. I used it as a hand cream - the smell is quite strong but not unpleasant.

The Neem salve works better for me
I find this cream is less effective for me than the neem salve by the same manufacturer.
Will stick with that.

Healing
I'm halfway through the jar, and have noticed that my skin is very smooth. A slow-to-heal, residual scar from a blemish back in January has finally healed to the point that it's barely discernable.
I use this cream on my neck at night and it's done a great job smoothing the skin. I'm 52 and trying like heck to keep the skin on my neck in good shape. Once that goes, there ain't no goin' back. This cream is the first I've used that actually makes a difference.
The vanilla smell is mild and pleasant.

great for face!
I have dry skin on my face aswell as a break out here and there if I eat awfully! This moisturizes and clears the skin. Anybody can use this!
