Hearty-Tasting Noodles I like the more "hearty" texture of these buckwheat spirals, though overcooking does make them soft so watch your timer! I used them in a tuna noodle casserole and although the color of the noodles comes out greyish-purple, we still enjoyed it. October 4, 2012

Healthy & very digestible. I love buckwheat. It actually is a flower not a grain, has no gluten, and is very digestible. I usually cook it with another gluten free pasta, add olive oil, lime juice. garlic, dill and basil, and then Romano cheese ( I can almost truthfully say that my middle name is Romano cheese.) Orgran Buckwheat Pasta Spirals Gluten Free Directions

Step 1: Place contents into plenty of boiling water approx 4 litres (4 U.S. quarts) for every 250g (8.80z) of ORGRAN pasta. Salt may be added to the water.

Step 2: Stir gently and continue to boil for 8-10 minutes or until preferred texture. Be careful not to over cook.

Step 3: Remove from boil and immediately strain and rinse under warm running water and serve.
