Good cornbread I made this once. It was pretty darn good. Not great but the best GF I've tried yet, including two attempts at making it from scratch from recipes I found online. Holds together well, doubt anyone would know it was even GF. March 14, 2013

Best of all! I've been eating gluten free for years and have tried every cornbread mix I've found but this one is really the best of them all! Everyone in my family LOVES this cornbread even though they are not on the gluten free diet. I bake it in a heated iron frying pan with melted coconut oil in it which gives it even a better flavor if that is possible. It does contain more sugar than most thus the sweet yummy flavor so beware if you eat a low sugar diet. I can't imagine what happened with this mix to cause a reviewer to give such a low rating and say it tasted like chalk... June 29, 2012

Not a great taste I eat gluten-free and wanted to try this product for corn muffins. I was very disappointed and couldn't eat the result. It has a very salty and I thought, chalky-type taste. I have used other non-gluten products with complete satisfaction but this isn't one of them. March 23, 2012

Yum. The whole family really like this mix and asked that I get it again. It had a nice sweet taste. Besides muffins, I used it to make battered fish and it worked well for that too. December 16, 2011

One of the best gluten-free cornbread mixes I've tried several other gluten-free cornbread mixes and they tend to come out relatively gooey. This cornbread comes out with a great texture and tastes terrific. Value of the product is excellent compared to other brands. June 19, 2010
