With years of technical research and development, ORGRAN GfG has been perfected for ease of use. Essentially, this product will provide structure and will mimic the physical protein found in wheat in a way that will allow you to make a dough or batter with similarities of consistency and characteristics to wheat based ingredients.
Although different in nutritional and physical composition to wheat protein, GfG assists by replicating some of the resilience and mechanics of gluten providing structure for other gluten free ingredients and allowing new possibilities in gluten free food preparations.
With this versatility the scope of foods that you can make is not limited by the raw ingredients and allows you the benefits to combine additional nutritive ingredients which would otherwise not be possible.
This product is naturally wheat free, gluten free and produced entirely with plant derived ingredients.

Simply add 1 part of GfG™ to 5 parts of any combination of gluten free flours (ie. rice flour, potato starch, maize starch or blends) (20g / 0.6oz GfG™ to every 100g / 3.5oz flour) (total 120g) RATIO 5:1 Note: Depending on recipe more GfG™ may produce better recipes, try increasing the ratio to 4:1 or 3:1 for bread rolls & fresh pasta. *Note: GfG™ is not required for ORGRAN gluten free bread mixes or flour premixes.
