Great alternative to tortellini Before going gluten free I used to have a tortellini soup with parmesan cheese. I haven't made it in 3 years. I thought these noodles would be perfect for it. These are great gluten free noodles. I feel if they fall apart on you, then you have overcooked them. I put them in chicken broth with fresh basil and top with parmesan cheese. YUM! Step 1: Place contents into plenty of boiling water (approx 4 quarts for every 8.8 oz Orgran pasta) Salt may be added to the water.

Step 2: Stir gently and continue to boil for 8-10 minutes or until preferred consistency.

Step 3: Strain and rinse under warm running water.
