A Worthy Replacement For Traditional Tortellini
Don't expect it to taste as good as traditional tortellini, but definitely good enough to use as a gluten-free replacement. It worked well in my Chicken Tortellini Soup(chicken broth, tomato sauce, spinach, & chicken, oregano). My kids liked it.

Great alternative to tortellini
Before going gluten free I used to have a tortellini soup with parmesan cheese. I haven't made it in 3 years. I thought these noodles would be perfect for it. These are great gluten free noodles. I feel if they fall apart on you, then you have overcooked them. I put them in chicken broth with fresh basil and top with parmesan cheese. YUM!

Very thin pasta. Falls apart easily when boiling.
