This is a great GF pasta. The addition of millet adds a nice flavor. Cooks up well - not too dry and is good with a variety of sauces and vegetables. Highly recommend. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because it does not seem to actually be made from organic ingredients (unless I read the label wrong.)

I love this one and also Orgran's buckwheat pasta. I suggest cooking both in plenty of salty water much longer than directed. This is not the kind of pasta to be eaten al dente.

Very impressed with this product after trying many that are similar. Taste wise I prefer just the rice pastas, but the integrity of form is much better with this product since rice tends to fall apart even when aldente. Once I added my other ingredients didn't notice any problem with taste. I've decided to start using this particular product from now on.

Fellow, Celiacs, there are better grains to use for pasta than millet. I love millet and was very curious about it as a pasta grain. Nope...it is GRAINY. And, the noodles don't hold up as well at the brown rice and corn ones do. Gave it a 3 because it was not awful. The price was great, tho.
