I really like these because they don't leave your mouth feeling slimy like some gluten free product do. I have put egg salad, tuna salad, a slice of ham and cheese on. All for an open face sandwich. Yummy

Great alternative to crackers made with wheat.
We are trying to avoid gluten and love these crisps with peanut butter or any other spread of your choosing.

Good substitute for crackers
These taste fairly plain. I like to eat them with hummus. I also like that they have clean ingredients.

Great Gluten Free Option
I am gluten sensitive, NOT celiac... for full disclosure...
I typically eat Wasa crackers that only have rye flour. The Buckwheat Crispbread satisfied my crunch cracker craving and is mild in flavor to serve as a good base for most anything. I've always enjoyed Orgran pastas, this was my first dabble into another part of their product line.
