Benefits questional? Wasn't able to really use this product as I had intended nor how recommeded, due to strict rules of no drinking/eating before/after. I found too restrictive, I always am drinking something at least water. So for me it wasn't worth it. Will not re-purchase, I do however have a recommendation instead, Oxylife Second Wind spray. One or more tablespoons as a dietary food supplement 1/2 hour before a meal or on rising and at bedtime.

Important to not eat or drink beverages for 1/2 hour after and 2 hours before consuming for best results.

1 ounce contains the equivalent oxygen of 25 drops of 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide.
