Drink Your Veggies! When I'm sick with a fever, I drink Delicious Greens to reduce my fever and speed recovery time. It's a great pick-me-up in the afternoon. I like the Berry one with plain water, although my kids sometimes mix it with a little juice. My teen drinks this regularly because she doesn't get enough fruit in her diet.
