Closest tasting to wheat brownies that I've found
I just tried this brownie mix and couldn't be more thrilled. I'm particular when it comes to brownies and chocolate chips cookies and would 'cheat' and use wheat flour when baking them because I couldn't find a good wheat and gluten free alternative that tasted good. I can barely tell the difference with Pamela's. It's a bit pricey if you buy it at a local store but Vitacost makes this product affordable. Thank you Vitacost!

Best brownies ever!
I've loved these brownies for years! Personally, I like to leave them a little undercooked so that the middle is still gooey. The dark chips inside are sooo rich and delicious. These are the chocoholic's dream brownies! Since moving to Japan I thought I'd never get to have them again since having a real oven is a rarity here, but I've discovered I can make them (very carefully) in my toaster oven if I bake them for 5 minutes in a small stoneware dish 1/2 of the mix at a time. I'm also thankful that vitacost ships internationally! Thank you!

Yummiest Gluten Free Brownies
These are the best tasting Gluten Free brownies I have tried so far. And there are quiet a few out there. This one is moist, chocolatey and so yummy. So glad I found them. I hope you love them too:)

This product was yummy!
We enjoyed making and eating these brownies. When we have a function to go to that others are bringing dessert ... we bring along our GF brownies and we don't have to miss out. Very chocolate-ly.

Proof that gluten free can be DELICIOUS!
As others have stated, one would never know these are gluten free IF PREPARED ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. The package states in bold italicized letters not to over mix or over bake (both can affect texture and quality). I added 1 t vanilla (my SOP when using mixes) in addition to 1/2 c chopped walnuts and 1/3 c chocolate chips and LOVED the results.
