Love this chocolate cake!!!
This is so much better than the GF chocolate cake mix I was using. Pamela's mix has no funky smell or taste to the batter. It makes a heavy-bodied cake that tastes wonderful.
I freeze the cupcakes or individual little bunts. They reheat to the original softness, or are yummy when eaten frozen - kinda like a brownie in texture.

Good texture. Dense, moist. Flavor was less sweet, more like cocoa than milk chocolate, which I prefer. Best GF chocolate cake mix I've found.

Great cake -could be made vegan
I love this cake and so does my family. I am dairy and egg free and even if this cake calls for eggs I substitute it. Normally I just add more water and oil and it works with this mixture(which does not most of the time with others). I took one star down for the fact that even though Pamela's claims they are working on being non GMO certified, to this day they are not.

Best Gluten Free Chocolate Cake by Far
Pamela's GF chocolate cake is the best tasting by far. It is moist, but not too moist and is easy to ice. I've tried several different brands of GF cake mix and this in the best overall and so delicious. My husband is not GF, but prefers this brand over non GF brands and homemade cakes! Winner!

perfect every time
We don't eat cake often, so why reinvent the wheel. All Pamela's products meet the need. I made cupcakes, or cake. Also you can split the mix in half and make just a little cake for a small celebration. Like all GF products, don't let it linger too long, it will get spongy. Of course, this never does, because it's gone : )
