Korma Curry Simmer Sauce
A wonderfully mild, creamy blend of coconut and delicate spices such as ginger and cilantro, the roots of Korma can be traced all the way back to the 16th century.
1 lb diced chicken + Korma Curry Simmer Sauce
Easy Chicken Korma - 3-4 servings
Heat a little vegetable oil in a deep sided frying pan.
Add 1 lb diced chicken breast* and sauté until meat is browned (about 5 minutes).
Pour the jar of sauce over chicken and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice with Partakes Chutneys and Relishes.
*Alternatively, use shrimp, mixed vegetables or another meat of your choice. Adjust simmer time accordingly.
