Peaceful Mountain Arnica Plus Directions

For pre and post exercise support: massage generously before and after physical activity.

Ingredients: Herbal formula: Arnica, white willow*, devil's claw*, witch hazel**, peppermint* and aloe. (*certified organic, **certified wild-crafted) Naturally derived preservatives: Potassium sorbate, originox, vitamin c and vitamin e. Gelling Ingredients: Water and carbomer (less than 1 %).
