This gel is excellent! The only side effect is that is relaxes me too much to use it during the day for my office job. Would highly recommend! Calms most moderate muscle pain.

It did not work for me
I was very disappointed in this product, it seemed like a quality product but their menthol gel works better for me..I will not buy this again.
