Cleans well
This gum cleans my teeth better than any of the other gums. I tested with other brands and a plaque checker. Ran the tests 5 times on many days and at different times of day.

Great Workout for your Jaw....
As other reviewers have noted, this is one tough gum. Someone likened it to chewing on a rubber band and I do agree. That said, for the first 5-10 minutes the texture is fairly soft and the flavor is good. But for long-time chewing, I'd stick to Spry or another xylitol-sweetened gum. I was interested in the Vanilla Mint flavor but based on the texture of this one, I wont be trying it.
