They are very hard to swallow Quality is good (organic), price is excellent. However (keep in mind I can normally swallow a handful of capsules no problem) I had to stop using this product because it's so hard to swallow. PI should make this enteric-coated, but would likely raise the cost to produce. December 1, 2009
