Sometimes toddlers and young children need a little help bringing it down a notch. This product seems to help in a safe and tasty way! I started with one small bottle and now get the large size and refill my small dropper bottle. If your child is really struggling I also recommend peter gillham's natural calm for kids multi. vita cost has the best price on both. I use both and have noticed a huge difference in my son, who we now suspect has gluten issues. Both poor diet or poor vitamin/mineral absorption can be at issue but I think many kids (adults too) lack magnesium, which both of these products contain. My son sleeps better and is altogether a calmer individual with the help of these products!

I can't tell how well this works because my kids dislike the taste. I can't get them to take it as often as bottle recommends.
