I would not recommend it to a friend
I bought this pills for my wife a year ago. After a month she was not satisfied and gave it to my daughter. Weeks later she gave it to me.
I use it 2x 1 a day and I can say it is completely ineffective.

Can't Be Without This
I've had trouble with my adrenal hormones being out of balance. When I first started taking Ashwagandha I thought it was helping me feel calmer, but couldn't be sure. I took it for a few months, and then ran out. I noticed a difference almost immediately - feeling tense and irritated at small things. I resumed again, and started feeling less stressed out by the next day. That convinced me. I've now been taking it for a couple of years, and my family doesn't want me to be without it! It really does work as an adrenal adaptogen.

Great product!
This is the only thing I maintained when I was unemployed and could not afford my normal vitamin regimen. I highly recommend it!

Helps with my stress
I can definitely feel a difference in my stress levels after I take these for a couple days. I won't run out again.
