Big Tabs
They work OK, but this size tablet is too big for me. If the size is OK with you because there is only one tablet per day to take, then this is a good choice. Caps or Gelcaps would be better.

CAPS NOT PILLS
I found that caps work for ME much better than these pills! I was very disappointed with them....
It was like they weren't opening up & absorbing like my caps of Nopal were!
