Not Sure I am not sure if I can really rate this product. I was recommended by my Nutrition to tke this product.. I cannot tell a difference btw when I did not take to now .. after taking it. So I guess only take if it you have been asked by your doctor/nutritionist. February 18, 2010

Hot Flushes Are Down I have been taking this product for about three weeks and have noticed that the amount of my hot flushes has been reduced. It does not upset my stomach. I do believe it is beneficial, especially if you are a woman like me who does not want HRT unless it is the last resort. Things are not "perfect" and it's not realistic to think that they ever will be, but I feel much better than I did before I started taking this! May 6, 2008
