Excellent! I cannot say enough about this product. I try to stay as natural or organic in my life as funding allows but when my body leaped into menopause (hot flashes almost every 2 hours & forgetfulness & loss of energy) this past May I knew I didn't want HRT drugs. No drugs. So I started Black Cohosh, Dong Quai & Evening Primrose Oil and that, with the right dosage, took away the hot flashes as if they had never even started. But I had read something somewhere about Wild Yam being useful for menopausal symptoms so I decided to order this and I am so glad I did. I received it on a Friday so I didn't start taking it until Saturday. But by Sunday I was in an emotional happy state. This seemed to add energy and emotional stability... and my mind (memory, thought processes) started to come back within a couple of days. I only take the black cohosh (separate) and dong Quai (separate) a couple times a week now if I start feeling warm during the day just to ward off the hot flashes... this brand this dosage (2 pills per day) is perfect.
